Paint & Create Your own Mini Artworks

Step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a few hours reconnecting with your creativity through paint, collage, colour and play.

In this relaxed, small-group workshop (6), we’ll begin by creating a collection of expressive painted collage papers using acrylics, mark-making, stencils, printing and dry media. Working intuitively and without pressure, you’ll explore different techniques to create a range of papers. — allowing the process itself to guide you.

Then we'll begin crafting compositions on paper, utilizing the collage papers you've made and experimenting with design and composition to show how a piece can be assembled to produce an eye-catching result.

Using your handmade papers and paint, you’ll then create a series (3) of small abstract or semi-abstract artworks - land or seascape inspired if you wish, on wooden panels, discovering unexpected compositions and quiet moments of beauty along the way.

This workshop isn’t about perfection or technical skill. It’s about freedom, curiosity, slowing down, and remembering how good it feels to simply make.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced creative wanting to loosen up and reset, you’ll leave with a collection of beautifully tactile mini artworks — and a refreshed sense of creative confidence.
