This reminded me of flotsam and Jetsam on the beach, which is a really romantic way of saying sea debris, rubbish, litter, frankly any manmade item that gets washed up on shore, or left by people!

I absolutely hate litter and I cannot understand the mentality of those who drop it and leave it. We have one beautiful planet, let’s keep it tidy. It’s just basic housekeeping! 
 
An original mixed media painting using collage, paint, oil pastel and acrylic markers.
The artwork is built up using many different layers to create texture and interest.  A process which develops and changes over several sessions, until I'm completely happy with the end result.
