This calming, peaceful seascape with the neon orange sun dipping below the horizon.  The aqua blue of the water, still, and far reaching.  Freezing cold, yet so inviting.
 
An original mixed media painting using collage, paint, charcoal, acrylic markers and tools to scratch into the paint. The artwork is built up using many different layers to create texture and interest. A process which develops and changes over several sessions, until I'm completely happy with the end result.
